DAY 1 – TSAVO WEST

Departure at 06:00 from your resort. In about 4 hours and 30 we arrive at the gate of the Tsavo West park.

A special feature of this park are the Mzima Springs, a series of natural springs that flow from the depths of the park. The waters are incredibly clear and we may see many fish species, including some hippos swimming.

Game drive to reach the lodge, where we will arrive around 12:30 for check-in and lunch.

Rest until 15.45, when we will leave for the afternoon game drive. In the afternoon we will dedicate ourselves to the search for black rhinos, typical of this park.

At sunset we return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

High chance of seeing leopards, in addition to animals common to all parks in Kenya.

 

DAY 2 – AMBOSELI

6:00 am Breakfast and departure towards Mzima Springs, where we will do a walking safari of about 40 minutes (foot safari), accompanied by the rangers.

We continue towards Amboseli, stopping at Shetani Lava, a geological formation formed 500 years ago by black lava flows that extend from the Chyulu Hills covering over 50 km.

We arrive in Amboseli around midday, and head straight to the lodge for check-in and lunch.

We set off for the afternoon game drive at around 3pm and return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

The beauty of this park is mainly in the breathtaking panorama that Kilimanjaro offers and its many animals in the foreground.

After dinner, a representation of the Maasai tribe will give a welcome show around the bonfire.

 

DAY 3 – TAITA

6:00 breakfast and departure for game drive of about two and a half hours. We continue to the Taita Hills park.

Around 11:30 am arrival at the lodge, check-in and lunch.

We set off again for the afternoon game drive at around 3.45pm and continue until sunset.

Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Taita Hills is the only park in Kenya where you can go on night safaris (extra payment).

You will be accompanied by a park ranger. The night game drive starts at around 8pm and lasts about an hour and a half.

 

DAY 4 ‐ TSAVO EAST

6:00 am breakfast and departure. Two hours of game drive, and we return to the lodge for breakfast.

At the end, we set off again towards Tsavo East.

After about 45 minutes on the road, we enter the last park of our adventure. Game drive to reach the accommodation.

Check-in and lunch. Rest in the pool or room.

We leave for the afternoon game drive at around 3.45pm and return to the camp/lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

 

DAY 5: WATAMU

5.30am breakfast and at 6am departure for game drive until 10am, when we will head towards the park exit to return to Watamu.

Arrival expected at 12:30.
